About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2021 No. 61

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2021 No. 61 "Some questions concerning agreements of the managed access and stop of action of paragraph one of Item 1-2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2009 No. 333" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 11, Art. 466; 2022, No. 61, Art. 3650; 2024, No. 103, the Art. 6574) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2025 No. 1704
1. To add Item 1 of the resolution with the paragraph of the following content:
"Order of interaction of the Ministry of Health and person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care with other customers participating in financing of agreement purchase of the managed access.".
2. To add Item 5 of the Procedure for negotiation under agreements of the managed access approved by the specified resolution with the paragraph of the following content:
"Representatives of persons who are cannot be part of negotiation group or can potentially be other customers participating in financing of agreement purchase of the managed access.".
3. According to the procedure of the conclusion, execution, change and the termination of agreements of the managed access, approved by the specified resolution:
