Based on part (7) article 43 of the Law No. 68/2016 on judicial examination and the status of the court expert (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 157-162, 316), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Qualification commission, the procedure of holding qualification examination of court experts and procedure for appeal of results of qualification examination (is attached).

2. In the Order of the Government No. 1411/2016 about approval of the Regulations on activities of the Commission on qualification and assessment of court experts, Regulations on conditions of carrying out and passing qualification examination for receipt of the status of the court expert and form of the license for occupation judicial and expert activities (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 478-490, 1500), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

2.1. in the resolution:

2.1.1. state the name in the following edition:

"About approval of form of the license for occupation

judicial and expert activities and appendices

to the license";

2.1.2. in acceptance formula the text "parts (Articles 43," to exclude 6);

2.1.3. subitems 1) and 2) of Item 1 to recognize invalid;

2.2. recognize appendices No. 1 and No. 2 invalid.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

4. Persons which completed professional training during the period from March 1, 2026 before the date of entry into force of this resolution are allowed to qualification examination based on the passable professional training within 14 months from the effective date of this resolution.
