About modification of some orders of the Government (consolidation of data centers and use of general government technological framework (MCloud))

Based on article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004 No. 6-12, of the Art. 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 823/2020 about optimization and increase in efficiency of data centers of the public sector and about approval of changes which are made to some orders of the Government (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 304-312, 972), to make the following changes:

1.1. state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. To public subjects - the owners of data centers of the public sector subject to consolidation as parts of general government technological framework (MCloud), specified in appendix No. 1:

1) till December 31, 2028 purchase of the server and hranilishchny hardware, the means of communication intended only for their functioning, and also the software and the corresponding licenses compatible to general government technological framework (MCloud), only for providing continuity of crucial processes for preparation for integration into general government platform (MCloud) is allowed;

2) equipment procurement and the products specified in the subitem 1) is performed in case of obligatory approval of technical specifications of Public organization "Service of Information Technologies and Cybernetic Safety" for the purpose of ensuring technical and operational compatibility with general government technological framework (MCloud) at the following stages:

a) before submission to the Ministry of Finance of offers on financing of equipment expenses and the products specified in the subitem 1);

b) in case of approval of general plans of the purchases and their changes including equipment procurement and the products specified in the subitem 1);
