No. 326-333, 624), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Reorganize by transformation Public organization Agency on inspection and restoration of monuments into Agency on inspection of monuments, the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry of Culture, with the status of the legal entity - the agency.

2. The agency on inspection of monuments is legal successor of the rights and obligations of Public organization Agency on inspection and restoration of monuments.

3. Transfer to Agency on inspection of monuments property of Public organization Agency on inspection and restoration of monuments according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

4. Approve:

4.1. Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency on inspection of monuments, according to appendix No. 1;

4.2. Structure of the Agency on inspection of monuments, according to appendix No. 2.

5. Establish the extreme number of the Agency on inspection of monuments in number of 17 units with the annual salary fund according to the legislation on compensation.
