About modification of some orders of the Government (regulation of the procedure of the notification)

Based on part (6) article 43 of the Law No. 28/2024 on frontier of the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 93-95, 139), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Section 2 of Chapter II of appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 862/2024 on realization of provisions of the Law No. 28/2024 on frontier of the Republic of Moldova (2024, 1020) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 569-571, in the following edition:

"Section 2. Implementation of economic and other activity in border area

35. The economic operator who intends to perform economic or other activity in border area in strip 1 000 meters wide from the line of frontier far inland, except for settlements, notifies on it regional division of Boundary police in which zone of responsibility the related activity will be performed. If the related activity will be performed in the action area of two regional divisions, the notification moves in one of regional divisions which informs other regional division.

36. The notification is submitted in one of the following forms:

36.1. electronically on the official website of the General inspectorate of Boundary police or through the Integrated government appendix EVO by filling of electronic form in the Information system "e-Permis", using the qualified digital signature;

36.2. electronically on the e-mail address of regional division of Boundary police, using the qualified digital signature;

36.3. in writing on paper on the location of regional division of Boundary police, with the sign manual.

37. The notification shall contain the following information:

37.1. the declaration on type of activity which will be performed, the state identification number, registration date, in appropriate cases - information on the allowing document granting the right to implementation of the declared economic activity, information on the agreements or other documents concluded with bodies of the public power or physical persons;
