About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 414/2018 about measures for consolidation of data centers in public sector and rationalization of administration of the state information systems

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 414/2018 about measures for consolidation of data centers in public sector and rationalization of administration of the state information systems (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 157-166, 474), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. 3) of Item 12 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"3) approves the extreme number of staff of Service";

1.2. in Item 26:

1.2.1. in the subitem 5) of the word "structure and limiting manpower ceiling" shall be replaced with words "limiting manpower ceiling";

1.2.2. in the subitem 8) after the word "claims" to add with the text "structure".

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the State office.

3. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
