About modification of the Order of the Government No. 763/2024 about approval of Requirements to import of the products received from seals

This resolution partially shifts (shifts: Article 4 (7); Article 6 (1), Item (a); Article 8 and Appendix) Executive Regulations (UE) 2015/1850 of the Commission of October 13, 2015 about establishment of rules of application of Regulations (UE) No. 1007/2009 of the European parliament and Council about trade in the products received from seals, CELEX: 32015R1850, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 271 of October 16, 2015.

1. In the Order of the Government No. 763/2024 about approval of Requirements to import of the products received from seals (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 490-493, 900), to make the following changes:

1.1. in the resolution:

1.1.1. add with formula of harmonization of the following content: "This resolution:

- shifts the Directive of Council 83/129/SEE of March 28, 1983 about import in state members of skins of cubs of seal and the products received from them, CELEX: 31983L0129, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 91 of April 9, 1983, with the last changes made by the Directive of Council of June 8, 1989;

- shifts Regulations (UE) No. 1007/2009 of the European parliament and Council of September 16, 2009 about trade in the products received from seals, CELEX: 32009R1007, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 286 of October 31, 2009, with the last changes made by Regulations (UE) 2015/1775 of the European parliament and Council of October 6, 2015;

- partially shifts Implementation regulations (UE) 2015/1850 of the Commission of October 13, 2015 establishing rules of application of Regulations (UE) No. 1007/2009 of the European parliament and Council about trade in the products received from seals (CELEX: 32015R1850), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 271 of October 16, 2015;

1.1.2. add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. This resolution is declared invalid from the date of accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union.";
