In the Instruction about procedure for collection of charges and payments of the National commission on the financial market approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market (NKFR) No. 9/2 of 17.02.2025 (it is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, No. 130 - 134, by the Art. 180), to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 18 of Section 3 of Chapter II:
