About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Bring in the Regulations on the organization and conducting state examination of the project documentation and results of engineering researches approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2007 No. 145 "About procedure for the organization and conducting state examination of the project documentation and results of engineering researches" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 11, Art. 1336; 2021, No. 33, Art. 6107; 2022, No. 2, Art. 532; No. 13, Art. 2100; No. 26, Art. 4505; No. 32, Art. 5825; 2023, No. 20, Art. 3552), following changes:

a) add with Item 13 (2) the following content:

"13(2). In the cases established by the subitem "in l (7)" Item 13 of this provision, in the presence of the order or the specifying of the President of the Russian Federation or the order of the Russian Prime Minister providing possibility of conducting state examination without submission of documents and data, containing information on expected sources of financing of construction, reconstruction of capital construction project, provided by the law (decision) on the budget, or non-budgetary sources for conducting state examination of at the same time project documentation and results of the engineering researches executed for preparation of such project documentation:

a) in the statement specified in the subitem "an" of Item 13 of this provision signature date and number of the corresponding order or specifying of the President of the Russian Federation or the order of the Russian Prime Minister are specified;

b) instead of the document provided by the subitem "in l (7)" Item 13 of this provision, the copy of the corresponding order or specifying of the President of the Russian Federation or the order of the Russian Prime Minister is submitted.";

b) Items 45 (14) and 45(15) to recognize invalid.

2. Recognize invalid acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
