Actions of the state supervision (control) for observance of requirements of the legislation in industries of power industry and heat supply during the period of warlike situation are performed according to the solution of the State inspection of energy supervision in the" procedure" established by the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity.
