About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2017 No. 107

1. No. 107 "About the single questions connected with goods for private use" to add appendix No. 3 to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2017 with Item 9-1 of the following content:

"9-1. Assignment of rights of ownership, use, the order by motor vehicles with the electric motors classified by code 8703 80 000 2 of the CN FEA EEU, imported on customs area of the Union from March 28, 2022 to December 31, 2025 inclusive in any manner with exemption of customs duties, taxes within the quantity provided by subitem 7.1.38 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 (further - vehicles with electric motors), to persons having citizenship of the Russian Federation and (or) the permanent residence in the Russian Federation is not allowed.

Temporary import to the Russian Federation of vehicles with electric motors if such vehicles are registered in the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Kyrgyz Republic, is resolved only persons which are at the same time meeting the following conditions:

availability of nationality of one of the specified state members;

the permanent residence in state member which citizen he is.

Restrictions on use and (or) the order with vehicles with electric motors are valid from registration date of the passenger customs declaration according to which goods are issued in free circulation, before payment of customs duties, taxes in the amount of, stipulated in Item 4 tables 2 of appendix No. 2 to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2017 No. 107, but no more than 3 years from registration date of the passenger customs declaration according to which goods are issued in free circulation.".
