Approve the enclosed criteria of quality of dietary supplements to food and their efficiency depending on extent of influence on health of the person.

Criteria of quality of dietary supplements to food and their efficiency depending on extent of influence on health of the person

1. Criteria of quality of dietary supplement to food (all criteria at the same time are applied):

a) availability at the manufacturer of dietary supplement to food (the producer, person performing functions of the manufacturer on the basis of the of the contract with it) the acting certificate on state registration of dietary supplement to food;

b) availability at dietary supplement to marking food means of identification and availability of the data on dietary supplement to food in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification;

c) compliance of dietary supplement to food to indicators of safety and quantitative content of biologically active agents which are specified in technical documentation of the manufacturer of dietary supplement to food (the producer, person performing functions of the manufacturer based on the contract with it), confirmed with the accredited test laboratory (center) located in the territory of the Russian Federation;

d) compliance of the dietary supplement which is in circulation to food to the requirements established by technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.
