About determination of subjects of the Russian Federation of the locations of sources of enhanced danger by public authorities in which retail sale of alcoholic products and retail sale of alcoholic products when rendering services of public catering are not allowed
According to the subitem 7 of Item 2 of article 16 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-containing Products and about Restriction of Consumption (Drinking) of Alcoholic Products" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that criterion of determination of the location of sources of enhanced danger in which retail sale of alcoholic products and retail sale of alcoholic products when rendering services of public catering are not allowed is the arrangement of such place in borders of the territory of the hazardous production facility determined according to the Federal Law "About Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities" for which obligatory development of the declaration of industrial safety is provided.
2. Decisions on determination of the locations of sources of enhanced danger in which retail sale of alcoholic products and retail sale of alcoholic products when rendering services of public catering are not allowed are accepted by public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2020 No. 2219 "About procedure for determination by public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation for the locations of sources of enhanced danger in which retail sale of alcoholic products and retail sale of alcoholic products when rendering services of public catering are not allowed" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 52, the Art. 8894).
4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026 and is effective till September 1, 2032.
