Based on the paragraph of third of part three of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2025 No. 227 "About increase in efficiency of control (supervising) activities" and subitem 50.15 of Item 50 of the Charter of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2001 No. 320, Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. The National Bank on systematic basis holds preventive events and measures of precautionary nature concerning banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company, Forex companies, the leasing, factoring, microfinancial organizations, operators of services of online borrowing, payment service providers and other subjects, control (supervision) of whose activities according to legal acts is exercised by National Bank (further, if other is not determined, - subjects of the financial market are taken);

1.2. preventive events are held for the purpose of anticipation of violation of requirements of the legislation for, as a rule, uncertain or wide range of subjects of the financial market, have explanatory and information character and include:

the direction of explanatory letters on procedure for application of regulations of the legislation, including within consideration of addresses of subjects of the financial market;

carrying out according to the procedure, established in National Bank, seminars, webinars, round tables on topical issues of regulation of activities of subjects of the financial market and observance (explanation) of requirements of the legislation, and also about the typical violations and shortcomings revealed during checks and (or) participation in them (at least once a year);
