About entering of amendment into the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 8, 2025 No. 476

1. Add the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 8, 2025 No. 476 "About approval of rates of charge for implementation of legally significant actions and payment for issue of permission to use of the natural and other available resources" (is applied) by appendix 24.
2. To committee on environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to take measures for reduction of the corresponding regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of this resolution.
3. Enact this resolution after 1 month after official publication.
