Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 12, 2010 No. 61-FZ "About drug circulation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 16, Art. 1815; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188; 2022, No. 43, Art. 7268; 2024, No. 6, Art. 764) following changes:

Part 2 of Article 9 to add 1) with Item 5 of the following content:

To add 2) with Article 55.2 of the following content:

"Article 55.2. Procedure of retail trade by medicines for medical application with use of mobile pharmaceutical units

1. During the period carrying out experiment on implementation of retail trade by medicines for medical application with use of mobile pharmaceutical units is provided from September 1, 2026 to September 1, 2029 (further in this Article - experiment).

2. Inclusion of subjects of the Russian Federation in experiment and their exception of experiment is performed according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation based on the petition of the management official of the subject of the Russian Federation. Inclusion of the pharmaceutical organizations in experiment and their exception of experiment is performed according to the decision of authorized executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation based on the statement of the pharmaceutical organization for inclusion in experiment and statements of the pharmaceutical organization for exception of experiment submitted to authorized executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation and by results of the selection of the pharmaceutical organization for participation in experiment made by the subject of the Russian Federation in the procedure established by it.
