Bring in the Federal Law of December 20, 2004 No. 166-FZ "About fishery and preserving water biological resources" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 52, of the Art. 5270) change, having added it with Article of 71 following contents:
"Article 71. Production of canned food from cod liver on vessels of the fishery fleet when implementing inshore fishing and their transportation, storage, unloading
1. The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs specified regarding the 4th article 20 of this Federal Law when implementing inshore fishing in sea waters and in areas of action of international treaties with use of vessels of the fishery fleet in borders of the Northern fishery basin of the canned food having the right to make till January 1, 2030 from cod liver on vessels of the fishery fleet.
2. Transportation, storage and unloading in the seaports of the Russian Federation and other emptying points established according to this Federal Law, the canned food from cod liver made according to part of 1 this Article are performed according to the procedure and the purposes which are provided by this Federal Law.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
