Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 25, 2018 No. 475-FZ "About amateur fishery and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 53, Art. 8401; 2022, No. 27, Art. 4630) following changes:

To add 1) with Article 6.1 of the following content:

"Article 6.1. Implementation of amateur fishery on fishing sites

1. Amateur fishery on the fishing sites allocated for the organization of amateur fishery is performed in the Baikal, Far East, Northern, East Siberian and West Siberian fishery basins.

2. Amateur fishery on the fishing sites specified regarding 1 this Article is performed by citizens in the presence of the permit (the document confirming the conclusion of the services agreement in the field of amateur fishery).

3. The list of water objects and (or) their parts for whom the fishing sites for the organization of amateur fishery specified regarding 1 this Article are allocated is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation by representations of management officials of subjects of the Russian Federation with indication of types of water bioresources from among especially valuable and valuable types of water bioresources.

4. On the fishing sites allocated for the organization of amateur fishery the infrastructure necessary for the organization of amateur fishery is created.";
