Article 1

1) in Article 7:

a) to add Item 11 of part 1 with words ", including informing legal entities and physical persons on measures of the state support in the field of development of agricultural industry, sustainable development of the rural territories electronically with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)";

b) recognize part 5 invalid;

2) Article 17.1 to recognize invalid.

Article 2

Item 3 of Article 1 and part 3 of article 2 of the Federal Law of June 11, 2022 No. 169-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Development of Agricultural Industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, as No. 24, the Art. 3929) to recognize invalid.

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
