For the purpose of further strengthening of judicial authority, increase in its role and the status in society, I decide protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, interests of the state, the organizations and organizations, comprehensive law enforcement and justice:
1. Approve the enclosed Program of judicial and legal reform in the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Assign implementation of the specified Program to the Constitutional court, the Supreme Court, the Supreme economic court, Council of justice, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and the working groups on project development of the relevant laws and codes.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Counselor of state of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on legal policy - the plenipotentiary of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
