1. Approve the Concept of reforming of public service of Tajikistan it (is applied).

2. To management of public service in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to submit within two-month term within the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the Program of implementation of this Concept and together with the ministries, to provide with departments and other public authorities its realization.
