Reorganize the Ministry of digital development and innovative technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Ministry of digital development) by accession to Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Administration of the President) with transfer of function, the number of staff and personnel, financial, material resources and intangible assets, structural divisions, subordinated organizations and the organizations.
