SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Procedure for conducting inspections in the capital markets and the organized goods markets approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of March 25, 2026 No. 15/21/4019/K03, the following changes:

Item 27 to state 1) in the following edition:

"27. Except as specified, provided by the second offer of paragraph one of this Item, repeated conducting inspection is forbidden if questions which shall be subject of such inspection were checked during earlier carried out inspection. The commission can issue the decree on conducting repeated inspection only if concerning the representative on conducting inspection who carried out the specified inspection earlier disciplinary production is begun or to such person is reported about suspicion of making of criminal offense which is considered corruption criminal offense according to the Criminal code of Ukraine.
