According to part two of article 57 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of compliance with law about foodstuff, sterns, by-products of animal origin, health of animals and wellbeing of animals", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics, the environment and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2025 No. 903,

I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the List of foodstuff of not animal origin and forages of not animal origin with loads when which importing (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine are subject to the strengthened state control approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of March 26, 2018 No. 158, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 11, 2018 at No. 434/31886 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry of Ukraine of October 30, 2025 No. 952), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of state policy in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary measures and food security this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy, the environment and agricultural industry of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
