About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning enhancement of implementation of the state architectural construction supervision

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on enhancement of implementation of the state architectural construction supervision of change which are attached.

1. According to the procedure of imposing of penalties for offenses in the field of town-planning activities, No. 244 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1995 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 7, Art. 164; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 81, Art. 3003; 2019, No. 36, Art. 1260):
Item 1 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"The relations on hearing of cases about offenses in the field of town-planning activities and adoption of relevant decisions are performed with respect for the principles of the Law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure.";
2) in Item 3:

"The official of body of the state architectural construction supervision who performs consideration of the case about offenses in the field of town-planning activities shall declare rejection in the presence of the bases determined by part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure". The subject of town planning who knew of availability of such bases has the right to submit to relevant organ of the state architectural construction supervision the petition for removal of the official of this body.
The decision on removal (rejection) of the official of body of the state architectural construction supervision is made by the head of relevant organ of the state architectural construction supervision.
