About some questions of regulation of export of steel procurements
According to the subitem 11) of Item 1 of Article 6 and the subitem 1) of Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 29 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union, and also Section 10 of Appendix 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union, I ORDER:
1. Impose ban for a period of six months on export by all modes of transport from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of steel procurements by codes of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 7206 - iron and not alloyed steel in ingots or other primary forms (except iron of goods item 7203), 7207 - semifinished products from iron or not alloyed steel, 7218 - stainless steel in ingots or other primary forms, semifinished products from stainless steel, 7224 - other types alloyed staly in ingots or other primary forms, semifinished products from other types alloyed staly.
The prohibition established by part one of this Item does not extend to export of the steel procurements made by domain and converter method in the presence of the exclusive license granted according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2026 No. 194 "About some questions of provision of exclusive export right of separate types of the steel procurements made by domain and converter method".
2. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the competence control on execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
