In recent years in the country measures for secured provision of the population by establishing cultivation of agricultural products at the edges of fields of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose, on squares around channels, irrigating and collector and drainage networks are implemented by food products.
At the same time there is need of expansion of cultivation of food products, export growth in volumes by delivery of the agricultural products which are in great demand in the foreign markets, and especially of increase in possibility of productive use of the lands which are the major resource for economy and welfare of the population.
This Law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility and the Tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan makes the additions and changes providing establishment of the administrative responsibility for producers of agricultural products for not planting of suitable crops at the edges of fields of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose on squares around channels, irrigating and collector and drainage networks and to the terms established by the legislation for cultivation of agricultural products and also calculation of the land tax in the increased size for that part of the parcel of land on which landing of suitable cultures is not made.
This Law will serve effective use of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose, providing the population with main types of products, and also improvement of export indicators of the country by growth in volumes of cultivation of agricultural products.
