In our country system reforms in the field of social protection consistently continue. At the same time the particularly important becomes the state support of the sphere of rendering social services to children with disability, and also further strengthening of guarantees of the rights of separate socially vulnerable categories of the population.

This Law makes changes to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About streamlining of free use of urban passenger transportation" and "About road transport", the providing rights of free use of urban passenger transportation to persons with disability of separate categories and to persons accompanying them, prohibition of intervention in economic activity of carriers.

Also the changes providing reference of payments for the services of day care rendered to children with disability to income group, non-taxable and also release of the subjects of entrepreneurship rendering such services on the basis of public-private partnership from payment of all types of tax, except for the social tax are made to the Tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Besides, the additions and changes directed to further strengthening of guarantees of employment of the women who were affected by prosecution and violence are made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About employment of the population".

This Law will serve expansion of scale of rendering social services to persons with disability, to creation of additional conveniences to separate socially vulnerable categories of the population, and also guaranteeing their rights to employment.
