Having considered materials of generalization of court practice on cases on infringement of life, health, advantage, housing and property of judges, employees of court and law enforcement agencies and faces which are involved in legal proceedings, the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine states concern about distribution of the facts of intervention in activity of the courts and law enforcement agencies, infringement of life, health, advantage and property of specified persons. At the same time law enforcement agencies quite often leave without reaction of the message on threats and other illegal acts concerning judges, employees of law enforcement agencies and persons who are involved in legal proceedings. Not always actions for identification of criminals who made on them encroachment are effective. Courts do not react to such violations and omissions, in the presence of signs of the crimes provided by Art. 176-2 or Art. 176-3 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (further - UK), are limited to application to guilty persons of administrative punishments.

Providing in general the correct permission of cases on the crimes committed concerning judges employees of court and law enforcement agencies and persons who are involved in legal proceedings courts at the same time make mistakes in case of legal evaluation of illegal acts and appointment of punishment as the guilty person, do not take necessary measures to elimination of the reasons of making of crimes and conditions to it promoting.
