1. to exclude Item 2 of appendix 2;
in the Standard form of the agreement on industrial assembly of agricultural machinery with legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
5) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"5) till April 1 of each calendar year following after accounting year to submit to authorized body the following documents:
data on accomplishment of the scheduled plan of realization of stages of the agreement,
data on release amounts with the report on quantity issued agricultural machinery with indication of quantity and the name of models (the passport of the company),
the statement from the Register of the Kazakhstan producers;".
