In recent years in our country the system work aimed at unconditional providing the rights and legitimate interests of the person, increase in trust of citizens to justice and strengthening of guarantees of their rights to qualified legal aid is carried out.

In particular, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About rendering legal aid at the expense of the state" was adopted that created for citizens opportunity fully to have the right to qualified legal aid guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At the same time there is need of further enhancement of system of rendering legal aid to needy persons at the expense of the state in case of their address to the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This Law to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "About rendering legal aid at the expense of the state" makes the additions and changes directed to establishment of the right of needy persons to receipt of legal aid at the expense of the state in case of the address to the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan about compliance of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the law applied concerning them by court in specific case.

This Law will serve further expansion of opportunities of citizens in access to the constitutional justice and ensuring the right to qualified legal aid at the expense of the state.
