1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of March 5, 2009 No. 18 "About approval of the Regulations on working hours and time of rest for separate employee categories of the organizations of rail transport public" the following changes:
to exclude from preamble of the word "and subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985,";
in Regulations on the working hours and time of rest for separate employee categories of the organizations of rail transport public approved by this resolution:
add Item 3 with parts of the following content:
"In case of business necessity for the purpose of ensuring continuous transportation process change of the approved working schedules (working in shifts) is allowed. Changes are made to working schedules (workings in shifts) with the consent of workers and in coordination with labor union (in case of its availability), affirm the employer and are brought to the attention of workers no later than one days preceding the working day.
The procedure for acquaintance and receipt of consent of workers with working schedules (working in shifts) and (or) changes in them is established by the employer taking into account the legislation on work.";
