2) is sold by all the negative imbalances to the single purchaser of electrical energy at the price of electricity sale specified in the current agreement of purchase and sale of electrical energy with the single purchaser of electrical energy and settlement financial center or with the subject of the wholesale market of the electrical energy increased by the decreasing coefficient calculated according to the procedure determined by authorized body according to Item 5 of article 15-10 of the Law.
