About the register of producers of forages and feed additives

For the purpose of providing livestock production with sterns and feed additives * proper quality, realization of genetic potential of farm animals, I decide increases in their productivity and steady surplus of production of competitive products of livestock production:

1. Create the state information resource "Register of Producers of Forages and Feed Additives" (further - the register).

2. Determine that since January 1, 2027:

2.1. the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing the production of forages and (or) feed additives for farm animals for the purpose of their realization including rendering services in production of forages and (or) feed additives for farm animals ** shall be included in the register;

* For the purposes of this Decree sterns and feed additives are understood as stern and feed additives specified in the technical regulation of the Republic of Belarus "Stern and feed additives. Safety" (TP 2010/025/BY), except for Sena, green forage, haylage, silo, grass meal, flour hay.

** For the purposes of this Decree rendering services in production of forages and (or) feed additives for farm animals is understood as the activities of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur connected with production of forages and (or) feed additives on the production facilities equipped with the equipment, or on the portable equipment, the forages intended for production and (or) feed additives based on the agreement signed between the manufacturer and the consumer of services.

2.2. business activity of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs specified in subitem 2.1 of this Item without their inclusion in the register is illegal and is forbidden.

3. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food is the owner of the register, provides its creation, forming, maintaining and maintenance, placement of the data containing in it on the official site on the global computer Internet.

4. Financing of expenses on creation and support of the register is performed within the means of the republican budget provided on content of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.
