1. Determine that:

1) the minimum base rate in the amount of 7040 som is the basis for calculation of the tariff charge (salary) and wage rates of employees of the organizations of education system of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) the tariff charge (salary) and wage rate of employees of the organizations of education system of the Kyrgyz Republic is calculated by multiplication of the size of the minimum base rate (7040 som) by frequency rate coefficient to official pay rates and rates.

2. Establish presidential compensation payments to rate (salary):

- to workers of education system (except for technical and junior service personnel) in the amount of 15000 (fifteen thousand) som;

- to the technical servicing and junior service personnel in the amount of 5000 (five thousand) som.

Presidential compensation payments are not considered when calculating vacation pay, benefits and surcharges for accommodation and work in the conditions of highlands and the remote hardly accessible zones and paid on 1 rate.

If the worker has loading less than 1 rate, then presidential compensation payment to the salary of the employee of the educational organization is established in proportion to the available loading.

3. Establish the size of the monthly allowance for qualification category to the salary of teachers of the general education organizations:

1) for the highest category - 5000 som;

2) for the first category - 3000 som;
