1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Program of the state guarantees for providing citizens with the medical and sanitary help" of September 21, 2023 No. 493 the following change:

in the Program of the state guarantees for providing citizens with the medical and sanitary help approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add item 4 with paragraphs of the following content:

"The organizations of health care which signed agreements within program implementation of the state guarantees shall:

- keep the personified account of data on the medical care provided to insured persons;

- place on the place, visible to all citizens, information on quality and conditions of the rendered services, and also their list according to the Program of the state guarantees;

- to fully provide to subjects of medical insurance of the information on operating mode, types of the rendered services, and also on indicators of availability and service quality which list is established in the Program of the state guarantees.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
