About additional measures for stable providing the population with agricultural products during the autumn and winter period

For the purpose of implementation of the principles of green economy in the republic, and also economy of energy resources by means of development of greenhouses in regions with favorable climatic conditions on the basis of method of the agropark I decide:

I. Main objectives

1. Determine the main target indicators of development of activities of greenhouses in the republic in 2026-2027:

(a) placement of modern hothouse complexes on the area at least 940 hectares in Sherabadsky district of the Surkhandarya region;

(b) finishing share of the heating systems based on energy saving and alternative energy sources, at least to 50 percent;

(c) step-by-step reducing activities of the subjects of entrepreneurship performing emission of harmful emissions in atmospheric air.

II. Measures for increase in efficiency of activities of greenhouses

2. For the purpose of rational use of climatic conditions of the Surkhandarya region to agree with offers of the Ministry of Agriculture, National committee on ecology and climate change (further - Committee on ecology), and also khokimiyat of the Surkhandarya region about:

(a) creation of the free economic zone "Surkhon-Agro" in Sherabadsky district of the Surkhandarya region (further - the zone "Surkhon-Agro") according to appendix * to this resolution;

(b) establishing activities of directorate "Surkhon-Agro" (further - Directorate) in the form of public institution for development and management of the zone "Surkhon-Agro".

3. Determine that:

(a) the term of functioning of the zone "Surkhon-Agro" constitutes 30 years with possibility of its subsequent prolongation;

(b) the separate tax, customs privileges and other preferences established for members of free economic zones extend to participants of the zone "Surkhon-Agro" for the term of its functioning.

4. Determine the priority directions and the main objectives of activities of Directorate:
