About measures for implementation of new mechanisms of stimulation of introduction into circulation of the bogharic and pasturable parcels of land

For the purpose of increase in amounts of cultivation of agricultural products and performance improvement of the cattle by implementation of new mechanisms of attraction of private sector to introduction into circulation of the bogharic and pasturable parcels of land in mountainous and foothill areas, in the hilly and desert territories of the republic (further - the bogharic and pasturable parcels of land) I decide:

I. Main objective

1. Determine main objective of adoption of this Decree introduction into circulation of 938 thousand hectares of the bogharic and pasturable parcels of land in 2026 - 2030.

II. New mechanisms of introduction into circulation of the bogharic and pasturable parcels of land

2. Approve:

(a) The list of the responsible persons assigned to actions of introduction into circulation of 938 thousand hectares of the bogharic and pasturable parcels of land in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas according to appendix No. 1 *;

(b) The schedule of introduction into circulation of the bogharic and pasturable parcels of land in 2026 - 2030 according to appendix No. 2 *;

(c) Planned targets of introduction into circulation of the pasturable parcels of land near sites of the high-speed railroads in 2026-2027 according to appendix No. 2a *;

() the Schedule of introduction into circulation of the bogharic and pasturable parcels of land by research establishments in system of the Uzbek academy of agricultural sciences according to appendix No. 2b *;

(e) The schedule of construction of industrial intensive gardens and vineyards on the bogharic and pasturable parcels of land Agency on development of agricultural industry in 2026 - 2028 according to appendix No. 3*.

3. Implement procedure of works on introduction into circulation of the bogharic and pasturable parcels of land given in appendix No. 2 * to this Decree based on the project of land management and the feasibility statement (further - the feasibility study) according to which:
