About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning public service

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

"The procedure for acceptance of persons to the positions connected with execution of managerial functions in the state legal entities of passing of labor activity by them is determined by authorized body for public service in coordination with Government office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for the first heads of certain state legal entities in the field of the education and culture appointed to position and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the first head of the state sports organization.";

2. The heads of state bodies who did not provide the direction and performing medical examination or allowed to execution of service duties of persons with the elicited fact of the illegal use of drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogs bear responsibility according to the procedure, established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
