About introduction of amendments to the Law on seeds No. 68/2013

Art. I. - In the Law on seeds No. 68/2013 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 130-134, 417), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. To state formula of harmonization in the following edition:

"This law partially shifts:

- The decision of Council 2003/17/EC of December 16, 2002 about equivalence of field inspections of the seed-growing cultures which are carried out in the third countries, and equivalence of the seeds made in the third countries, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 8 of January 14, 2003, CELEX: 32003D0017, with the last changes made by the Decision (EU) 2025/1228 European parliament and Council of June 17, 2025;

- The decision of Council (Article 4) 2005/834/EC of November 8, 2005 about equivalence of the inspections of conservative selection which are carried out in certain third countries, and modification of the Decision 2003/17/EC published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 312 of November 29, 2005, CELEX: 32005D0834, with the last changes made by the Decision (EU) 2021/537 European parliament and Council of March 24, 2021.".

2. Part (articles 2 after the concept "Catalogue of Plant Varieties" to add 1) with concept of the following content:
