About modification of some regulations (regarding procedure for material logistics and other aspects of activities of some administrative authorities which are under supervision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the General inspectorate on emergency situations No. 93/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 78-81, 358), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 9 to add 3) with Item with 1) of the following content:

"with 1) approves regulations of equipment of the central body and territorial authorities of the Inspectorate;".

2. In Article 16:

part (to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) Norma of material logistics are established by the Minister of Internal Affairs according to the proposal of the chief of the General inspectorate on emergency situations, except for regulations of providing with uniform, special equipment, the special machinery and equipment which are established by the Government.";

add Article with part (2-1) following of content:

"(2-1) Norma of equipment of the General inspectorate on emergency situations and its divisions affirm the chief Inspektorata.".

Art. II. - In the Law on Boundary police No. 283/2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 76-80, 245), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 5-1 to add 1) with Item 18-1) of the following content:

"18-1) approves regulations of equipment of the General inspectorate of boundary police, and also regional and specialized divisions of Boundary police;".

2. In Article 6:

part (to add 2) with Item d) the following content:

"d) implements within competence of action for prevention and fight against terrorism.";

part (5) after words "the organization of illegal migration," to add with the word "terrorism".

3. In Article 57:
