About modification of appendix No. 22 to the Order of the Government No. 256/2013 about approval of some regulations on enforcement of the Law No. 228 of November 25, 2011 on modification and amendments in the Law on publishing No. 939-XIV of April 20, 2000

Based on part (10) article 22 of the Law No. 939/2000 on publishing (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 70-72, 511), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 22 to the Order of the Government No. 256/2013 about approval of some regulations on enforcement of the Law No. 228 of November 25, 2011 on modification and amendments in the Law on publishing No. 939-XIV of April 20, 2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 83-90, 311), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in all text of the Provision to exclude the word "non-paid" in any grammatical form;

1.2. in Item 2" (further - the transfer/edition)" to exclude the text;

1.3. in Item 3 "according to the transfer/edition" shall be replaced with words the text "on transfer and the edition";

1.4. state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. General terms of provision of financing for projects implementation on transfer:

1) only foreign publishing houses / publishers (further - publishing houses) can be beneficiaries of financing;

2) only the literature written in Romanian is allowed to financing. In case of ethnic minorities of the Republic of Moldova also the works written in language of these minorities can be allowed to transfer;

3) the author of the work offered for transfer is citizen of the Republic of Moldova irrespective of whether the work was published in the Republic of Moldova or in Romania;

4) financing is requested only for the books published in Romanian or constituted by foreign publishing house until giving of document package;
