Based on part (12) article 3 of the Law No. 72/2025 on electronic communications (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, Art. No. 226-228, 266), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 284/2009 about approval of Rules of protection of networks of electronic communications and performance of works in conservation zones and on trasses of lines of electronic communications (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 83-85, 365), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in acceptance formula "According to provisions of the Law on electronic communications No. 72/2025" to replace the text with the text "Based on part (12) article 3 of the Law No. 72/2025 on electronic communications";

1.2. in Rules:

1.2.1. add Item 1 with the text ", including by means of regulation of prohibitions and restrictions on the mode of construction, performance of works and access for persons to conservation zones of networks of electronic communications";
