About introduction of amendments to the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 377-O/2024 on purpose of customs posts for representation and customs clearance of goods

According to Article 145 of the h. (1) and Article 333 of the h. (2) the Customs code No. 95/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 219-225, 238), with subsequent changes, and also according to Article 6 of the h. (9) item g) Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 143)

I ORDER:

1. The order of the director of Customs Service No. 377-O/2024 on purpose of customs posts for representation and customs clearance of goods (2024, 831) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 440-443, in the following edition:

1.1. In Item 2:

To add 1) after words of "Item 1" with the words "and Item 5";

2) in the subitem 5) of Item t) "central public" shall be replaced with words words "and public institutions";

To add 3) with the subitem 9) of the following content:

"9) Any type of goods (except for types of goods for which customs posts are appointed according to this order), irrespective of zone of activities in which there is receiver of goods, on customs posts

- MD116000 - Briceni (PVI);

- MD115100-Soroca (PVI, intern);

- MD312000 - Cahul (PVI);"

To add 4) with the subitem 10) of the following content:

"10) the Customs clearance the economic operators registered in мун. Chisinau, is performed on customs post of MD2080-Chisinau 2 (PVI) for goods which country of departure are Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia."
