About introduction of amendments to the Order GNS No. 194/2025 on modification of the Instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order GNS No. 352/2017

I ORDER:

1. In the Order GNS No. 194/2025 on modification of the Instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order GNS No. 352/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 175-178, of the Art. 235, of 11:04. 2025) to make the following changes:

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition: "2. For the purpose of ensuring transition from the Qualifier of types of divisions (appendix No. 14 to the Instruction) to the Qualifier of types of divisions (appendix No. 2 to this order) and the Qualifier of types of the taxation objects (appendix No. 3 to this order) taxpayers till April 30, 2027 will bring into accord the divisions/taxation objects registered till August 31, 2026 according to new qualifiers.";

2) In Item 3 the text "which becomes effective since April 30, 2026" to replace with the text "which becomes effective since August 31, 2026".

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
