Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of making of transactions with money under the organization and carrying out gamblings approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 2020 No. 1220 "About approval of Rules of making of transactions with money under the organization and carrying out gamblings" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 34, Art. 5451; 2025, No. 40, Art. 5875).
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.

"2. Transactions with money under the organization and carrying out gamblings in bookmaker offices and totalizators are made by the organizer of gamblings by acceptance of rates from participants of the specified types of gamblings and payment of prizes to them.
3. Transactions with money under the organization and carrying out gamblings in gambling institution are performed in cash desks of gambling institution, except for acceptance of interactive rates.
4. Transactions with money under the organization and carrying out gamblings in gambling institution can be performed as by cash payment by money, and via bank transfer.".
