About development of milk industry

For the purpose of implementation of modern technologies in milk industry, I decide ensuring production of competitive products:

1. To provide to regional executive committees in 2026-2028 implementation of investment projects on construction, reconstruction at least 73 molochnotovarny complexes, and also on creation of the infrastructure necessary for their functioning (further - investment projects), according to the list of the organizations and investment projects on construction, the reconstruction of molochnotovarny complexes determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus based on offers of regional executive committees (further - the list).

The agricultural organizations processing the organizations performing production of agricultural products, or processing the organizations financing investment projects of agricultural organizations, and also the corresponding investment projects are included in the list.

The investment projects included in the list shall conform to the following requirements:

input of molochnotovarny complex in operation in full - no later than December 31, 2028;

completing of molochnotovarny complex uterine number of cattle - within one year after commissioning of the facility in the quantity determined by the business plan of the investment project;

ensuring productivity of milk herd - at the level of at least 7 thousand kilograms of milk from cow in year after completing of molochnotovarny complex uterine number of cattle;

the term of exit of molochnotovarny complex to design capacity - no later than two years from the date of its input in operation;

secured provision by full-fledged sterns under complete requirement;

completion by qualified personnel - within one year after commissioning of the facility;

availability of the confirmed sources of financing allowing to provide completion of construction, reconstruction of molochnotovarny complex at the scheduled time;

construction, reconstruction of molochnotovarny complex are performed based on the project documentation corresponding to one of the following conditions:
