About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Private Security Activities" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 30, 2024 No. 427-FZ "About private security activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 49, the Art. 7418) the following changes:

Data on the personal card issued (handed-over) worker (employee) of the private security organization no later than one working day following behind day of its issue (delivery) are entered by the private security organization in the register of personal cards and are provided in the territorial authority of the federal executive body authorized in the field of private security activities, which provided the license for implementation of private security activities. The personal card is subject to delivery of the private security organization by the worker in the specified organization (branch of the private security organization) in day of cancellation of the employment contract.

5. The register of personal cards is kept by the private security organization and contains the following data:

1) surname, name, middle name (in the presence) employee of the private security organization (branch of the private security organization);
