1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for determination of the amount of compensation payments and their implementation approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2008 No. 168, the following changes:
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Determination of the size of the area of zone is made by conditional reduction of configuration of object of harmful effects to circle (for dot objects – platforms of wells) or to rectangle form (for linear, extended objects) with observance of the amount of withdrawal of the parcel of land and with use of the geoportal of land information system of the Republic of Belarus.";
in Item 9:
state part one in the following edition:
"9. Compensation payments by specific type (group of types) of objects of fauna are calculated by formula
KV = Szv x of Krg x Bpli x (1 + Kgpr) x Pvz x Krs x Kst x Kr,
where KV – compensation payments by specific type (group of types) of fauna objects;
Szv – the area of zone of harmful effects, hectares;
Krg – coefficient of response of objects of fauna to harmful effects. It is entered for measure calculation of decrease in basic density and annual productivity of objects of fauna as a result of harmful effects. The coefficient of response of objects of fauna to harmful effects, except for production of peat and sapropel, is entered according to appendix 2, where all types of wild animals are united in conditional groups (categories) with similar systematic and ecological signs, and in case of production of peat and sapropel – according to appendix 3;
