About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on part one of Item 6 of Article 85, 86, of subitem 1.14 of Item 1 of article 107 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus and in pursuance of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2025 No. 127-Z "About change of the laws concerning tax legal relationship" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 6 of Article

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on procedure for confirmation of origin of the energy made from renewable energy resources and issues of the certificate on the confirmation of origin of energy approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2011 No. 836:

in Item 3 of the word "and the individual entrepreneurs performing" shall be replaced with words "which perform";

the second item 4 to exclude part;

in Item 5:

add part one with the paragraph of the following content:

"the document confirming payment of the state fee for issue of the certificate (except for case of payment of the state fee by means of payment system in single settlement and information space).";

after part one to add Item with part of the following content:

"Electronically the documents specified in part one of this Item and Item 20 of this provision are represented in case of payment of the state fee by means of payment system in single settlement and information space.";

third parts one of Item 12 to exclude the paragraph;

add Item 20 with the paragraph of the following content:
